In order to service the needs of all our customers, we have developed policies covering Privacy, Delivery and Refunds. In order to undertake business transactions with us, we ask that you read and adhere to these policies.
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of taxes and shipping costs. All transactions are processed in CAD. Shipping and handling charges can be calculated using the web form in our checkout process. Each time you change the shipping method, the page will refresh allowing you to see the corresponding change in cost.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
All orders are processed and shipped within two days from the time you place your order. Please keep this in mind when determining how long it will take for your shipment to arrive. Please note we do not ship on Canadian statutory holidays.

- Rush: 1 – 3 business days
Wine Shield Canada is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that the products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Due to circumstances beyond our control, items occasionally take longer than expected to reach their destination. If you require delivery as soon as possible, please consider using our ‘Rush’ service on the checkout screen. We deliver products Canada-wide using either Canada Post or UPS. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, all dates specified are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Wine Shield Canada if an order does not arrive. If your item is well overdue, please contact us at orderstatus@wineshieldcanada.com to check the status of your order, ensuring you include the details of your order such as order number. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with our carriers and attempt to arrange for delivery as soon as possible. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
If an item is on backorder, the package will be shipped only when all the items become available. If something you ordered is backordered, we will contact you via email to let you know that it will be delayed, including an estimate of delivery date.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, and/or you are unsatisfied in any way we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. The following guidelines are used in assessing returns and refunds:
Return items in unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories to Wine Shield Canada, 460 Admiral Boulevard, Mississauga, Ontario, L5T 3A3, or 6600 Dennett Place, Delta BC, V4G 1N4. Include proof of purchase, your name address and telephone number. Returns will be credited back to the original tender type. Damages on delivered items must be reported within 24 hours. All the information you provide helps us ensure that all refunds are valid. Your information is used and retained for audit and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No refunds on:
- Shipping and handling charges.
- Mail return postage.
Please note these special handling guidelines:
- All efforts should be taken to have returned product in its original packaging and with all accessories.
- Damages on home delivered items must be reported within 24 hours.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
